The characters we met a little more than a decade ago are returning to East Great Falls for their high-school reunion. Now these lifelong friends have come home as adults to reminisce about – and get inspired by – the hormonal teens who launched a comedy legend.

A college professor travels to New York City to attend a conference and finds a young couple living in his apartment.

When his wife dies, Carl offers his only son, Janeau, 12, a fresh start. They move to Mont Saint-Hilaire, where Janeau makes friends with Julie, a talented Pee-Wee hockey goalie determined to compete in the annual World Tournament held in Quebec. She convinces Janeau to join the team, but he has a hard time being accepted by the rest of the players, including Joey, the star player who has to endure constant pressure from his father.

A young girl named Kiki (Fuka Koshiba) must leave her home for a year to begin training in witchcraft. She leaves on her broom, but first says goodbye to her friends and family. Kiki then begins her new life with her trusted cat Jiji.

Mob hitman Max meets up with his partner, Seth, who is the right hand man to La’s crime boss, Pinero. At the meeting Seth tells Max that he has a contract to kill Max’s younger brother, Vince, who has killed Pinero’s most prized possession, his beautiful trophy wife Laurel. Max catches up with Vince hiding out in a sleazy motel and tries to piece together what happened between Vince and Laurel.
