The plot line of the series, describes the struggles of Ulysses and his crew against the divine entities that rule the universe, the ancient gods from Greek mythology. The series is executive-produced and directed by Chris Savino. and Sandro Corsaro. Many of the characters and situations were based on the Corsaro’s childhood growing up in Stoneham, Massachusetts.
